By registering for an event, YOU DECLARE THAT:
You ACCEPT the la Privacy Policy pertaining to HERRIKROSA, the regulations set out by the event organisers and the conditions of participation in the event. You furthermore consent to pictures being taken during the event and transfer your image rights so said pictures may be used for promotional purposes and be disseminated by any means.
You STATE that you hold a medical certificate less than 12 months old authorising you to take part in the event and that there is no risk to you in doing so. You AFFIRM that you have an appropriate level of fitness for the event and take responsibility for any consequences of your participation.
You ARE RESPONSIBLE for ensuring the accuracy of the data provided. HERRIKROSA reserves the right to prevent people from participating or to disqualify them from the event if they have provided false information, regardless of other legal actions which may be taken. The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
YOU ARE HEREBY INFORMED that MINORS may only register for sporting events or activities with the EXPESS PERMISSION of their parents or legal guardian.
YOU ARE HEREBY INFORMED that in order to properly control and verify the progress of the event or activity, the personal details of all participants will be included in the list of participants and in the results, unless they request otherwise.
YOU ACCEPT that your data will be shared with and processed by the event organisers to enable them to manage the event. Likewise, your data will be shared with and processed by the insurance company with which the sports insurance policy is held. YOU ACCEPT and expressly consent that the data in this form be legally collected and processed by HERRIKROSA in order to manage your participation in the sporting activities or events for which you register, and to carry out administrative tasks related to the event or activity.
YOU UNDERSTAND that you have the right at all times to request access to, rectification and erasure of your data, in addition to other rights set out in the Privacy Policy pertaining to HERRIKROSA.
